2. Purpose of the website

Podlesak.org is a personal professional portfolio presenting my experience, projects, technologies and interests. It is not an online shop and no contract is concluded through the website. Any engagement begins only under a separate agreement.

Website content is general information and does not constitute legal, tax, investment or individual professional advice for a particular situation.

3. Content and intellectual property

The text, website structure, original photographs and visual elements are protected by applicable rights. Some illustrations were created with the assistance of generative tools, and some materials or marks belong to the identified third parties.

You may browse the content and share links to it. Copying, publishing or commercially exploiting a substantial part requires my prior permission unless the law provides otherwise. Product names and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Accuracy, availability and liability

I make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current, but technologies and the projects described evolve. I therefore cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item remains complete at all times.

I remain liable to the extent required by mandatory law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited. External websites are controlled by their respective operators, who are responsible for their content and availability.

5. Safe use

You must not attempt to compromise the security, availability or integrity of the website, bypass protective measures, introduce malicious code or place automated load on the service in a way that restricts other visitors.

I may reasonably update these terms as the website evolves. A new version applies from the date shown on this page. Use of the website is governed by Czech law, without affecting any rights that cannot be contractually limited under applicable law.
